Evening Moon Hawk

During recent months while socially isolating in my studio I found myself going back to painting. I’ve always had a strong connection to birds both as spirit animals and symbols of freedom. Making this painting brought me joy and calmed my spirit during this challenging summer, it was also the painting the unlocked a new wave of painting inspiration for me.
